Shipping Policy

Handling time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Transit time:
The estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.
We always send the order from the nearest warehouse, but if the items ordered are currently out of stock in the USA, the UK, or Europe warehouse, we will deliver them from our warehouse in PRC directly with Yun Express post service. Then the estimated delivery time is 9-21 business days.

We offer free shipping on all customers’ orders including any costs for shipping, logistics, and carrier.
Shipping status:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! Please contact us via e-mail info@ortbra.com and our Support Team will find and send you the tracking number directly.
Lost packages:
We draw your attention to the fact that a lost package is an extremely rare situation in our company.
Order delayed for 60 business days is considered lost. All “Lost orders” are fully refundable.
Refused packages:
Please note that refused packages — and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel) — are not refunded.
